Who actually is Harry Potter?
Harry Potter is a boy wizard from a series of extremely successful novels written by the British autor J.K Rowling.
There are seven stories:
- Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone
- Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
- Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
- Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
- Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
- Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
- Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

What are the Harry Potter stories about?
The Harry Potter stories are largely about morality, war, love, tragedy and adventure. Each story features some kind of battle between good and evil culuminating in the last book. They’re fantastically exciting to read and have been enjoyed by adults and children alike. If you would like to find out more about the individual stories please follow the links above.
Who are some of the main characters from the Harry Potter stories?
The main character from the stories is Harry Potter himself. As a baby he survived a murderous attack from the most evil dark wizard alive and instantly became a hero in the wizarding world. Harry Potter’s two best friends also feature heavily throughout the Harry Potter stories and go with Harry on many of his adventures. Hermione Granger is the most intellegent of the three and is able to help out with her superiour knowledge or spells and facts. Ron Weisley is Harry Potter’s best friend and together with Hermione they embark on many dangerous adventures.
Are the Harry Potter films any good?
So far five of the seven books have been turned into films and we have information and trailers of all the films available. Each film seems to be getting better than the previous one, and after a slightly underwhelming start they are now producing really good films!
